Welcome to the 2014 Lacrosse Season

 

Hello Coaching Directors, 

 

The Miners Lacrosse Club is busy preparing for our upcoming season.  One of our goals this year is to be more involved with  Edmonton and area Minor Lacrosse.  Listed below are some exciting opportunities available for your teams.

 

Guest Coaches (Assistants)

Our Junior A and Senior B players are looking forward to coming out to some of your minor lacrosse team practices, where they can assist team coaches and meet young lacrosse players one on one.  Have your teams wear their game jerseys to the practice, photo opportunities will be available.   The Miners will provide all players at practice with a St.Albert Miners and a tickets to an upcoming Miners home game.

 

Be A Feature Team at a Miners Game

Sign up to be a feature team at a Miners home game at Servus Place.  This is a wonderful opportunity for your players to watch major lacrosse at its highest level in Alberta.  Your team will be mentioned in our program and announced at the game.  Players can bring their helmets and sticks and shoot around on the floor between periods, maybe even take some shots on our goalie.   There will be prizes and lots of fun.

 

Coaches Packages

We will provide you with a coach's package which will include the above information, contact names and numbers, schedules and team rosters.  These can be hard copies and/or digital copies ready to forward on an email.

 

Club Night

Have your club featured at a Miners' game.

 

Please contact Jordan Cornfield at jordanc@wingenback.com for further information and to arrange for some Miner's Lacrosse players to come to your team's practice.  We will do our best to accommodate you.  We look forward to hearing from you and meeting your young lacrosse players.
